Project Description

The Integrity Management and Rehabilitation Works at Zirku Island project, undertaken by Al-Farah LLC for ADNOC Offshore – Terminals BU, focused on the comprehensive assessment, maintenance, and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure assets supporting ADNOC’s offshore terminal operations.

The scope of work encompassed the inspection, evaluation, and repair of existing mechanical, structural, and civil systems across the island’s operational facilities. This included pipeline and utility integrity verification, structural reinforcement, corrosion protection, mechanical rehabilitation, and general infrastructure restoration to ensure compliance with ADNOC’s safety, reliability, and asset integrity standards.

Through systematic integrity management planning, risk-based inspections (RBI), and the use of advanced diagnostic and rehabilitation techniques, the project enhanced the operational lifespan and reliability of key assets. The initiative played a vital role in maintaining uninterrupted terminal operations, supporting ADNOC’s long-term strategy for safe, efficient, and sustainable offshore production.
